What's your job?
« on: March 27, 2006, 08:35:38 AM »
Just wondering what type of occupations all you fine rc people do for a living?(if you're old enough to have a job) I myself am an aircraft machanic and turbine engine mechanic. Work on planes all day long so the last thing I want to see is an rc airplane, if that makes any sense. What do you do?

I am a kitchen Manager for a undisclosed location , I only say that because i don't need a bunch of people coming in and asking for free food cause they say they no me . sounds stupid , but it happens .

I hope to leave the freakin kitchen thing behind , and focus on becoming a Food Sales Representative soon . I just need to get some outside sales experience/traning first . Any tips ?

Other career goals may include Fisheries Officer , or something else in that field . Dunno really know yet , I am kinda just wastin' time think about what to do with my life .

Ha ha , no , not a chance , it is a profession kitchen , based with in a Bar/Grill . i do a lot of catering (on site) and private lunch functions . Nothing too high end , only like $19.95 - $27.95 per person .

It is mostly company lunches and office parties , so it all goes on a company Credit Card anyway , they don't really care how much it costs . I just try and set the menu's and price to "fit in" with the area's clientel (sp?) . It is fun , but i need to move on . I have bad knees , and this 6 days aweek , 40+hrs a week schedual is not helping .
