Bringing back dead lipos?

Hey I have a 3s lipo that I forgot about for a while and now it won't charge is there anyway to save battery's like this one?

charge them as a nicad for a second or 2 to kick them back to life then charge as lipo BE CAREFUL  ;) ive saved a few packs this way
best to take some pics. people around here are anal about seeing what you are posting about

I have been charging my  3 cell on a .5 v charge just until it reaches 10V overall then my charger accepts it and will put a charge back in them. I just use the NIMH settings though, not NICAD so I think both do the same thing.  Don't leave it long at all, under a minute it takes to do this.

This works! I just brought back a 3s by bumping voltage into on a nimh setting for about 30sec while watching cel voltage w a dvom.
