Matt's SCX10 Monster Truck Conversion
« on: January 12, 2014, 09:59:06 PM »
I'm working on a new trail rig.  Starting with my brothers old Axial Scx10.

I managed to find a gently used Clod Buster!  I'm keeping the wheels and tires, flipping the rest.  I managed to bolt them on, as the plastic clod hub adapters are 12mm hex.  A whole lot of rubbing going on.  Some work is needed.  I've done some research and found some great ideas.  One fella mounted some touring car wheels inside the Clod wheels to widen it.  I'm going to visit that idea.

Here's the wheels bolted on, first look:

Traxxas DTS-1 Drag Timing System
TC4 Drag Car one fwd and one rwd
scx 10 scaler
rwd cup racer
4wd cup racer
Losi Drift R (R is for Rally)
Silverlit Ducati
