« on: January 31, 2014, 04:53:59 PM »
I got busted by a few other RC er's this afternoon, taking my almost finished SCX JK for its maidan voyage. So I thought I'll post a few pic's.

Nice job is the motor in the front or did you manage to fit it under the interior?

The motor is in the regular scx position. I had to cut part of the center console out and part of the seats. It doesn't look as bad as I thought it might. all the electronics are up front.

We'll see. I don't go out that way much, since I moved to delta.

So this isn't my first scale project. I started RCing around the year 2000.

I first bought my HPI RS4 2 nitro.

Then i bought T-MAXX

After having these for a while I decided lets make a trailer. And I made this. (My first scale project 2004-2005)

Then when Axial came out with the AX10 I had to have one (2008)

After the Axial I wanted something a little more scale So I bought a Tamiya Highlift.(2008)

After the high lift I saw some FJ cruisers being built from kids cheap crapy rc's (new bright). they looked awesome so i bought one tore it a part and made my third scale project. (2008)

Back in may of 2013 i decided I wanted to get back into rc's again so I went to RC pitstop  to see if i could modify my FJ cruiser a little more. I found some rc4wd bumpers.
