Has anyone tried the boat pond in Cloverdale?

Wondering if anyone tried the boat pond in Cloverdale?
It's not really big enough for fast boats but definitely good for scale boats or other slower boats.

Never been there,but i find white pine beach in coquitlam is the best place for FE boats!!

I doubt it. I hit stuff with a tug, assume your keel is significantly deeper than that.
